Instructions for applying the Aerostiletto Pads

1. Clean the sole: Remove dirt from the sole and let it dry.

2. Place the pad: Place the pad on the sole, leaving some space around the edge, and mark the position if necessary. Make sure to use the correct pad for each shoe.

3. Prepare the surface: Sand the marked area thoroughly and remove any residue. The adhesive won't stick to smooth surfaces.

4. Heat the adhesive: Heat the protective film with a hairdryer on the highest setting for approximately 60 seconds (depending on the type of hairdryer). Hold the hairdryer very close to the pad. Heat the protective film until it begins to curl slightly.

5. Remove film: Remove the protective film directly.

6. Apply the pad: Apply the pad to the prepared surface and press firmly and evenly for about 5 minutes. Make sure to distribute the pressure evenly, including along the edges, to ensure the adhesive adheres well.

Second shoe: Repeat all steps for the second shoe.
